We are very keen to engage with businesses and employers to help us inform and educate students about local and national employment opportunities, as well as sourcing work experience and work shadowing opportunities.

This links directly with Gatsby Benchmark 5 – Encounters with Employees and Employers, and Gatsby Benchmark 6 – Experience of Workplaces. We provide many opportunities for businesses to engage with students including our annual Careers Convention in March each year; speed careers hours, careers days, assemblies, work experience, work shadowing, as well as involvement within the curriculum.
