Pickleball

Information about Pickleball at Edgbarrow

 'Pickleball is a racquet sport and is a fantastic mix of tennis, badminton and table tennis. Give it a go but be warned… it is highly addictive! Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game.

After-school sessions will run Wednesdays 3.20pm - 4.15pm from 24th April – 17th July for Years 7 & 8. Sessions will be run by fully qualified and DBS checked Pickleball4all coaches.'

Basketball Club - Bracknell Cobras

'Bracknell Cobras Basketball Club was established in 2010 to provide an opportunity for young people from age 5 - 18 to enjoy basketball from regional to national competition level.
​​Since then the club has seen great success under the guidance of the coaches and has grown to have in excess of 200 members. The club aims to provide playing, coaching and officiating opportunities at C.V.L (Central Venue League), N.L ( National League) and recreational level.'

Information about Acestars Tennis Coaching

'Our qualified team of coaches is led by Head Coach Wojtek Specylak, an RPT National Master Professional and Dominic Evan-Hart, Club & Venues Operations Director and Head Coach of Crowthorne Tennis Club. Other members of the team hold various levels of LTA & ITF teaching qualifications, meaning they are right up to date with the latest teaching methods & have a combined experience of over 30 years.'

Trampolining Lessons

Information about after-school Trampoline Lessons'Trampolining is a Gymnastic Olympic discipline where the gymnast performs individual skills in a range of shapes with a range of twists on a trampoline.  Trampolining looks for the gymnast to start and finish on the same spot. In competition a 10 bounce routine is performed. At the after school Club we aim for success; building on high level coaching, realising each individual's ambitions and allowing training to be fun. The participants work towards the British Gymnastics Award Scheme level 1 - 10'.

L.A. Boxing

Information about L.A. Boxing Club

'My name is Liam Alloway and I'm the founder of L.A Boxing and Boxing Coach at The Ring Boxing Club. I provide Boxing training in the local community to a range of people that uses Boxing to benefit and improve the following: Fitness, Life skills. I have been involved in Boxing for most of my life and am fully qualified with the National Governing Body for Boxing (England Boxing Level 2 Coach) Part of this qualification means that I am fully trained in Safeguarding, CRB and First Aid. I also hold a professional Boxers trainers' licence with the British Boxing Board of Control - the governing body of Professional Boxing in the UK.'
